Susan Quinion is a passionate leader in systems thinking, user research, and human factors and has delivered innovative products and solutions with superior user experience across healthcare, transportation, and publishing industries for over 30 years. Susan specializes in the employment of mixed methods user research and operational analysis in the discovery and formative stages of product and application development to identify end user pain points, clarify the problem space, and guide development teams in delivering innovative products and solutions that optimize the user’s experience and improve end to end operational workflows.

Susan regularly takes online courses on relevant topics to ensure her craft and skills remain current and impactful.

Susan holds a Master’s of Science degree from Florida Institute of Technology in Engineering Psychology and is greenbelt certified in LeanSS and Agile Product Management.
