Good interfaces are not created by simply following GUI standards and guidelines — they are created by multi-disciplinary teams following user centered design practices.
User-centered design means involving users during all phases of the design process.
At Gomoll Research & Design, our process includes three phases: Investigation, Analysis, and Design. During each phase, we're careful to gather and incorporate user feedback so that we design products that work the way people work.
