Jessica Danielson

Jessica is a User Experience Researcher and Designer with expertise in healthcare and
e-commerce. She loves turning over rocks to find novel insights and drive amazing products. She understands the value of a well-asked question to generate empathy and expose needs. She has experience bringing together multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate an understanding of customers’ needs and create solutions that differentiate businesses and delight customers.

UX Strategy

Jessica has worked with business partners to explore new ideas, understand enhancement requests and prioritize roadmaps. She brings a human-centered mindset to drive key business decisions to ensure a product's success. Using workshops, design sprints, expert interviews, and competitive analyses, she is able to quickly establish a vision.

UX Research

Jessica has experience planning and leading research from early-stage discovery to validation testing and outlining success metrics. She has conducted remote and in-person sessions for multiple types of research including usability testing, interview, task analysis, persona building, and journey mapping.  

Artifacts

Jessica has created many different types of artifacts that help communicate user needs, build empathy, and explain findings in actionable ways. She has synthesized findings into strategy briefs, executive summaries, and created personas and interactive wireframes to test with users.

Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts in Behavior Analysis from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire
