Ezra Farner

Ezra Farner is a UX Designer for GRD with experience in design for healthcare and life sciences products. He is interested in ethical, user-centric design that is easy to use and pleasing to look at. His past work includes logo design, digital and print poster design, brand marketing, and social media management.

Ezra has worked in UI design for desktop and mobile applications, taking wireframes to visuals, and turning visual into dynamic workflows. He has worked with clients to understand their needs and translate them into his design. Throughout his education, he worked as a design intern for Gomoll Research & Design, and assisted with the creation of screens, icons, and graphics collaborating with other visual designers. He also assisted in usability studies, which ignited his passion for pursuing UX design –– his senior capstone project centered around creating his own interface design and workflow.

Education
Ezra has a Bachelor of Science degree in Emerging Media & Digital Arts from Southern Oregon University, with minors in Digital Cinema and Shakespeare Studies. This multidisciplinary education allowed him to explore diverse areas of art and media, including film and audio work as well as photography, and gave him experience with many design programs.
